Hey Lemonade is the stress and motivation app to quickly deal with modern problems in a practical, solution-focussed way. Our goal is to tackle smaller mental health issues before they become bigger. We achieve this through offering hundreds of 3-minute, evidence-based pep talks to help users manage everyday stress, increase confidence and build resilience via solution-focussed therapy.

Talks are used as stress and motivation interventions for in the moment issues; or as pre-emptive confidence and perspective builders to develop capabilities over time through increasing users' resilience.

We all need support at times, and most days (let’s face it) you only have 5 minutes to pull it together. Hey Lemonade is there to help calm you down and shift perspective so you can keep going with your day. No matter where you are coming from, be it your best, worst or most in-between day, if you hang out with us for 3 minutes, your day will be better!

GROUNDED IN SCIENCE All talks are guided by experts, passed through our in house psychologists and grounded in evidence from solution-focussed therapy. Hey Lemonade has been tested by the CSIRO and proven to generate positive health outcomes for the mood, stress, and emotional wellbeing of participants including increased calmness and vitality and a decrease in perceptions of daily hassles.
