HERE Radio Mapper

HERE Radio Mapper application is used to gather geo-referenced signal identification data for improving HERE Network Positioning service. It can also visualize Wi-Fi based position estimates and Cellular based position estimates on the map. The app instructs user on the go. It can be used both outdoors and indoors.

Selected functions:

1. Start indoor collection
This is used when main collection area is inside building. Application guides the collection process, please follow the instructions shown on the screen.

2. Start outdoor collection
This is used when main collection area is outdoors. Application guides the collection process. Alternatively, you can configure the app to continue data collection when you leave it to the background.

3. Manually upload data
The app automatically uploads the collected data to HERE cloud for processing, however the upload can also be manually triggered.

4. See positioning results on the map
You can use this view to see the Wi-Fi based or Cellular based position estimates on the map. It can be used to observe how accuracy improves as you collect more data.
