The app glitches and many features are not available, as error messages are common. Additionally, there's go clear way to cancel. You're stuck with auto payments until you begin a chat, and after 2 encounters, you'll receive a reply advising you that Billing has been contacted and you'll be notified of cancellation once it's complete. And they take your money a day earlier than they should.

I bought a one time payment for a certain amount of credits and because I didn't renew they took my credits. Don't ever use this service as they are deceitful and there are better options that are truly one time buy and you keep your credits until you actually use them. update : I spent excessive time with the support people and got nowhere and only now because I am reviewing this am I getting this email option reply.

if I can give it less then one I would, it is a scam. Very hard to work with. Videos dont really work. it is so hard to even make a video. very hard to communicate with someone to help you and impossible to cancel subscription. I tried for the last two days to create a video and it is near impossible. After you try to upload your pictures, it deletes them. I want to cancel so I am not charged for something that is not working and I cant find anyone to help me!
