The app itself is put together very well, BUT how it interacts with orders isn't the best. If I place an order and show early via drive thru, they won't prep it early (even if I am the only one there). It would be quicker for me to order when I am there. There should be an option for drive thru and in-store, so that if you go in the drive thru, they will begin prepping when you pull to the speaker. Otherwise, it would be a good app for me.

I hate this app. if you place an order and schedule it for later in the day and then realize you need to make a change, there's no way to do it. I just accidentally placed four orders for the same thing because I was trying to update the pickup time. basically as soon as you complete the order you've paid for it like it or not. so incredibly inflexible and greedy. fortunately, the store staff were incredibly helpful and issued a refund. thank goodness for human service!!

app is fine, but needs updated every month, and that's irritating. Just know you'll have to plan on doing that each month, which always happens when trying to use it, so extra time is needed and if in areas with spotty service, and limited time, make sure to save receipts & plan on manually submitting them. If receipts are lost, you lose. I'm not liking this.
