I would let everyone who sells on the app. Customer service is not the greatest. You can't call someone for help and when you send an email. You get emailed back 16 hours later. Then, when you respond, it's another 20 hours. 50/50 if your problem gets fixed. The app had me set up for bulk shipping . Then, the next day, when I checked, it removed bulk shipping. This is after I sent it. So now they don't know where my $350 14m shoe is. It's a nightmare. 😊

A few major problems with this app: 1. You can't search your inventory, on the original goat app you can search and update your inventory freely and it was extremely easy-to-use. Note: you also can't search your sales by name only by order number. 2. You cant bulk list shoes for sale. When I made the swap from goat to alias I could list 20 of shoes of the same style in under 4 minutes. Now I have to individually input all the information for each pair. This app is only good for price history.

always freezes... This app requires to take pictures of the some of the shoes but it is impossible to take pictures of shoes. it keeps telling me to retake pictures even though I took it several time🤦🤦
