Email OTP doesn't work. After passport scan, details are populated incorrectly, after manually filling in the right dates, it puts the wrong date in the field. It looks like an incompetent team built this app.

full of bugs facial recognition isn't working, so no way to verify your account. Notifications just spin, and never show up

Literally one of the worst apps out there. Can't even receive an OTP on my number, it's not an issue with just me, it's with a lot of people, still they don't fix this issue. Why not use other apps like WhatsApp, Telegram or any other apps to send OTPs if your system can't send it to the mobile numbers.
