I want to be very clear about my dissatisfaction with both the product and the way the membership was presented. I signed up through Instagram for what was advertised as a 6-week membership to try the app. At no point did it appear obvious to me that this would automatically convert into a recurring monthly charge if I did not cancel at the end of that period. The way it was presented did not read as a “trial,” but rather as a fixed 6-week membership.

This is a serene, slow moving app, with no strain in the stretches. Perfect for me at almost 72. My only question is the meaning of the different tones in the timer, which I appreciate because I keep my eyes closed while doing the poses. I'm not quite sure when to end one pose & begin another - how to sync with the various tones of the timer. It might be good to write words on the screen, such as "transition to new pose," or some such notification.

The workouts are brilliant. I love it and I have been able to stick to it. The customer service is not good. There was an issue with a video series where the 3 second end of video ticking sound was not available. Those markers helped me stay focused and not look at video constantly. I love that feature and I actually started skipping those video series where it was not available. Customer care was dismissive with random explanation ,when clearly it was a miss just on those video series.
