If you choose a Lasta PREMIUM subscription in the app, payment will be charged to your Google Play Account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
Users can manage subscriptions in the Google Play Store settings. Auto-renewal can be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

the workouts did not do anything for me. also, they don't send a reminder that your subscription is going to renew. every other subscription I've ever had, send a reminder. suddenly I was just charged out of nowhere. I couldn't remember when the subscription renewed and was waiting specifically for the reminder. I lost my job and have been scrambling to make enough money for food and bills, thanks to this payment out of nowhere, I will be short on meals this week, they did not care.

Read the fine print for understanding. I bought this plan via FB post. I didn't see anything about this being an app or a subscription, so MAYBE that's my bad. I was charged $9.49 & $9.90 because I also opted in for an add-on program without realizing it. THEN, the 2nd month's charges were $29.99 & $55.82. Nope. Absolutely not. The easy, light exercises are ok, but maybe not worth $85/month. I canceled. I gave 3 stars as the customer service was good. No refunds, but 2 extra months were offered.

The customer service was great! I contacted Andy Cartrait with customer service because I was unable to view meals outside of the current day, which made shopping challenging. They sent me pdfd of meals so that I could plan ahead and the response was fast. I did not even purchase the app for the meals. I purchased it for the workouts so that was an added perk. I'm vegan and the original recipes have some vegan options and they also have a vegan meal plan option as well.
