The devices work very well. Image quality and function of use is good. Being able to manually scan, pan and tilt is nice for surveillance - though an auto tracking feature would be great for when motion is detected. The app could use some improvements. Tried the 14 day free trial and was not impressed enough to continue paying for the "features", but will keep and use manually to monitor. Motion detection alerts are still available and the Human Detection does a good job of limiting false alerts

video is extremely choppy. some detections are recorded like an episode of "the flash". people and animals appear as long steak across the screen and they are blurry at best when standing still. picture is clear when you are about 5 feet from the camera. the message alerts quit sending after 2 days. the app is a little confusing to figure out and there's no pause or rewind on the app videos unless you download and view on a separate app.

The app lags with the camera, it also makes the images pixelated, support tells you to update the firmware (which you cannot do because it won't allow you to), you can only have 3 others on the camera share, and the paid subscription is ONLY for seeing the saved video recordings. You can't even watch the days recordings without that subscription.
