Not loving the new Lulu App. Not an upgrade, its harder to use, and no added features. No way to specify the type of item you want when buying fresh foods. Ex) cheese: I want sliced or shredded, packed a certain way, no way to ask for it! The competitor's app allows me to make a note directly on the item to say exactly what I need. Ex)coffee beans ground on #4, or my cheese shredded in two 500g boxes. Also not accepting credit cards on delivery! I hate waiting for the refund on canceled items!

The app is extremely slow and unreliable. Every action takes too long to load, making the whole shopping experience frustrating. Items become unavailable at checkout, orders get changed unexpectedly, and damaged products are delivered. Customer support is also very slow and unhelpful. And no clear confirmation on whether the refund will be processed or not. Needs serious improvement. I wonder why people have given 5 stars for this application.

App useless. I always had to deal with a slow search functionality. On top of that, a couple of weeks back, after filling my cart, I was not able to purchase. kept giving an error. Now, I have it another chance and the menu is slow plus whrn looking at my cart is empty (as expected since I hadn't add anything) and the total amount was 40 dirhams. Serious issues. Will never use this app.
