I placed my order Feb 27 and estimated delivery is April 1st. I'm a usually a Shein shopper and have gotten all my clothes in a timely fashion without having to pay extra. I decided to try bloomchic. I log into my account today and it says pay extra and I can get 2 of my 5 items within 24 hours. This tells me the capability is there but to speed up they want more money. I spent over $100, shipping should be free and not take over a month to receive. I probably won't be ordering again. 😕

Tha app works great for me. I have never had an issue while using it and have made several orders. The clothes are very attractive and run pretty much true to size. I always receive compliments when I wear them. The quality of the items is very good and everything seems well made. My only issue is with shipping. Shipping takes a very long time and is not reliable. Tracking is not very good either as it gets to a certain point and then stops updating.

Can't get passed the first "page" I have downloaded and uninstalled this app at least 3 times. Every time I download it I can NEVER get past the first "page". I hit Skip, I hit Done and absolutely nothing happens. It freezes and then I can't do anything and have to exit out of the app. I would really like to be able to look at items and mark as favorites. This absolutely frustrating and disappointing.
