About this app

Trusted by over 1,000,000 lifters. 300M+ workouts logged. 4.8 stars.

Boostcamp is the only app with the world's most popular strength training programs built right in — nSuns, GZCLP, 5/3/1, Reddit PPL, PHUL, PHAT, and 100+ more. Pick a proven program, show up, and follow it. No spreadsheets, no guessing.

"Boostcamp has all the features of Strong and Hevy, but what puts Boostcamp decidedly #1 is that it features a library of programs from some of the most recognizable figures in fitness." – Alex Bromley, Professional Strongman

"Boostcamp puts all of Reddit's best free workouts in one slick app...give Boostcamp a try." – Lifehacker

WHAT YOU GET

130+ Expert Programs – Not random workouts. Full structured programs with built-in progressions, periodization, and deload weeks. Created by real coaches who compete and coach athletes.

10,000+ Community Programs – Routines built and shared by lifters. PPL splits, bro splits, full body, upper/lower — if someone's running it, it's probably here.

Full Workout Tracker – Log sets, reps, and weight with RPE and 1RM tracking. Auto-progressions fill in your weights. Performance charts. Works offline.

Custom Program Builder – Build your own with multi-week periodization, exercise swaps, and custom progressions.

Muscle Volume Tracking – See which muscle groups you're hitting and which ones you're neglecting.

ADS ADS ADS. Great for those who would rather watch ads instead of Netflix or workout. Glitchy and finicky often. Often are running ads to get premium. Which sarcastically isn't a big deal because you only have to reject it a few times in a row every time you open up the app. Not four times which would be the limit. Stopping just under is great.

You can close the paywall and go on with the free version, which still includes core features, such as following most programs, creating your own custom programs, and tracking workouts. We appreciate your feedback. - Sunny, Boostcamp Support

This app is excellent, good layout and variety of exercises, and makes progress tracking easy. The reason it's 4 star instead of a 5 star is all because of the pricing model. I want to support the devs, but the subscription model makes using this in the long term frustratingly expensive. $80 a year is a lot to pay just for convenience. I'd actually be likely to pay out for a $80 lifetime license, but instead I'm stuck giving nothing because I don't find the value for money to be compelling.

Making fitness accessible is core to our mission, so we will keep releasing new free programs and features. We don't have a lifetime subscription because there are many ongoing costs to developing the app. I've seen too many developers promise a lot, get paid upfront, and then dip. We hope to continue earning your business - Michael, founder

I've been using boostcamp for about a year and it's probably one of my favorite apps Ive tried over the years. Most of the paid features aren't that important to me, so what's available for free is perfectly usable. I would happily pay a one time fee to support them, but I'm not paying a subscription. My biggest gripe is the apps a bit slow on startup, which normally wouldn't be an issue, but lately it seems like if I venture away from the app for too long it has to open up all over again.
