I've been using this app a couple weeks now and it's just what I've been hoping for... short exercises that I can do at my own pace without a lot of workout equipment, or annoying chipper videos with music. I like how the exercises get progressively harder at my own pace. it's nice to already notice how I've gotten stronger. Just wish I could customize each workout to balance difficulty for myself each day. it was nice at first to not have to think about that but now I'd like more customization.

I like that there are videos to go with each exercise that show you exactly how to do it, and they suggest different levels of ability so you can start low and go higher. My problem with the app is that there are only 7 free exercises you can do, and paying for the full version only gets you 4 more. It's tedious to do like 50 of the same exercise in a row for one set. Plus the higher progression levels of the exercises require equipment that most people like me won't have available.

The app is great so far, I appreciate that I can start for free (which I intend to stay on the free plan unless I can actually commit to sticking with the exercises this time) most of my issues that I have are small nitpicks with the different exercises (just did my first sets today) so I would love an individual feedback option for each exercise. My only other complaint is the warm-ups section is silent, it would be nice if it had audio cues, i don't have many good places to put my phone down.
