About this app

Workout at home or at the gym, with or without equipment, the app adapts to what you have available, and to your level! It will create personalized programs based on your objectives, equipment and experience.
These programs will be slowly adjusted over time based on your progress, so that you can always get closer to your goals. It is like having a personal trainer, couting your every rep and making small workout program tweaks along the way.
The main focus in on bodyweight exercises, minimal equipment and calisthenics, but the app also offers traditional weight training, yoga, animal walks and movement training.

Calisthenics, or bodyweight exercises, is a form of physical training that uses the body as main source of resistance. It requires minimal equipment and aims at improving strength, power, endurance, flexibility, balance and coordination. It is also called β€œbodyweight training” or β€œstreet workout”.

It's an amazing app, needs a more intuitive UI. Lots of cool features that help you track progress and a huge library of exercises. It would be nice if they added one tab where we see all individual levels in one place, currently you can only see them in the readiness of exercises you're looking up. Also, the ready tab in analytics needs heavy trimming, I'm big on incline calf raises and it says I'm ready for standard calf raises. Makes sense, but it's not very helpful for finding new exercises.

Great app! It has a large library of exercises to choose from which is great. I can build my own routine, have the app generate one based on my goals/equipment, or use a routine posted by another user. I love that it offers to update my routines with more intense exercises after I've shown mastery, and how simple it is to switch out exercises mid-session to fit my needs for the day. This app makes tracking progress easy, and I love learning about new exercises regularly!

Great app. I purchased it after one day because the price can't be beat for the option to add multiple days. Im a weightlifter focusing more on calisthenics, mobility, & flexibility. My one issue is the generated workouts don't usually match the volume/intensity I select. For example, if I have the slider all the way over to the right for a strength/low volume/high intensity, it generates a workout that has minimal focus on strength. It also suggests movements with equipment I don't select.

Hi Holly thanks for your review! About the equipment: many exercise can be performed with various equipment, although the videos generally only show one, but in their datasheet you should see that the possible equipments include one you have. EDIT: About the program generation, we've improved the strength slider, do you still have issues with it?
