eufy Clean - Live Well. Live Smart. Control your Eufy smart home devices from anywhere.

You can also share Eufy smart home devices with family members, so everyone can set their own personal preferences for each device.

How to use eufy Clean:
-Note: For new products released after 2026 (such as C28, S2, etc.), please use the eufy app.

- Registering your account: After downloading the app, create and register an account with your Email address. (Or directly log in with your EufyLife account)

- Adding devices: Open the eufy Clean app and follow the intuitive setup procedure to pair new devices with your smartphone. If a device has already been setup by another family member, you can request control access to operate that device from that family member.

- Using devices: After successfully pairing the new device, it will show up in the device list. Simply tap the icon you wish to use and start enjoying the Eufy smart home experience.

Always having issues connecting. I'm currently on hour two after making my account. Customer Service button did nothing, it just said "Failed". I understand bugs, but this is ridiculous. Put more money into keeping customers who have already purchased your products. You're literally leaving money on the table if you don't.

The vacuum is awesome. Using a 25c vacuum. The problem I was having is with the Eufy Clean software. No matter what I did, I would get the error "your current mobile network is experiencing issues and cannot continue to connect" I went back to a old version of the software from November of 2023 and that fixed the issue. Seems there is something wrong with the new software version of the App.

Dear Customer, Sorry for any inconvenience. You could reset your vacuum and make sure that the wifi status light is flashing, and then try setting the connection again. App shows ads. I bought their product already. I don't need to be shown an ad every time I want to turn my light off. Their support was useless on this, asking me to take a picture of the screen with another phone, to prove that it was showing me ads. Screw that. This is how you aggravate customers. I'm not buying any more of their products until they stop showing ads, or at least tell me how to opt out.
