I dont know what happened with this app, but it glitches ALL THE TIME now. I go to log in and it goes back to the log in page, I get logged in, it logs me out, I try to go into one of my accounts, it says sorry, were having difficulties, try again later, and logs me out. It never used to do this, and even the online browser has issues more often. Idk what your IT team did, but they screwed something up. I shouldnt have to log in 3x to stay logged in.

This app used to be great but not now. When I installed it, years ago, it was one of the first apps I installed and it worked perfectly. On very rare occasions it might be down temporarily or there'd be a notification of a planned upgrade. In the last 6 months, between 50% and 75% the app is temporarily unavailable, so I have to login on my laptop or find an ATM to check my balance. This can be very inconvenient especially if I need to know immediately what is in my account. I'm disappointed.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times but the problem continues. I'll open the app and it will flash the log in screen then close the app immediately before I can do anything then when I open it again it says "we're experiencing technical difficulties. We are working on it" but it's been months and no fix. I have to force stop the app and try again. EVERY SINGLE TIME I need to use the app. It's exhausting.
