For the most part the app works like it should. But sometimes the clock out function does not actually clock me out, and I have to go on desktop to edit my hours. Also, there's this annoying thing that happens every time I use my biometric login on my phone, there is always a dialogue that pops up asking me if I want to save my password (It was Samsung pass and now Google manager after I tried changing it). It doesn't matter if I hit cancel or save password, the dialog continues showing up.

Thanks for the feedback — we’re glad the app works well overall. For the clock-out issue and the recurring biometric login prompt, please reach out through the Help tab in the app so our team can take a closer look and help get things running smoothly.

This app (when it works) is both slow and buggy as hell, often requiring around three to five minutes just to clock in and check my timesheet. Oh and a good portion of the time it just flat out doesn't function at all due to server issues of some kind or "Maintenance" garbage app. If it had more consistent uptime it might not be that bad, but if I can hardly use it then what's the point?

Gusto is horrible!!!! the app doesn't function properly if you try to review previous pay stubs everything is correct in the list but it'll bring up completely different info once you click on one for example if I click on last week's pay it'll show the figures from a paycheck 3 weeks ago but the pay period dates matches the date you're actually looking for if you keep clicking on the different pay stub eventually you'll find the correct figures just with the wrong pay period date
