Does not work with mortgage. I assume this works if one has a bank account with Regions, but if one only has a mortgage the app will not let one sign in with the mortgage portal log in (and there is no general account log in), so one may be able to review mortgage information once into the general account, but without one, it's not possible. I know how to log in. Issue remains with the app.

Regions Bank is a great place to bank! You can use their app to do so many things, i.e., check your balance, check your available balance, pay your credit card bill by using your checking account, pay bills to other companies, check your FICO score... 😊 The staff at the bank are great, i.e., knowledgeable, friendly and they ALL know your name. It's like Cheers without the beers. I can't take credit for the previous sentence, wish I could, a teller told me that! 🫠

The application worked well for years, and now it is frozen in the sign in page. No solution has been given for some time now, which is very inconvenient. Update: I went to the bank, they uninstall/installed app and didn't work because it didnt work with the user name and password saved on the phone. When I actually wrote them. Then the app opened and worked fine. No problems since then.
