To be honest due to these hearing aids relying strictly on this useless app, I would suggest you don't get any hearing aids that depend solely on one smartphone app to begin with. Unfortunately, I'm still paying for mine and can't get anything done to correct it. Sad I'm just another senior on limited income that got taken advantage of!

- Again took a while to link this with my smart phone. But it did after deleting and downloading the app all over. I hope no more problems re-linking in the mornings. - I noted that the Vibe App on Google Play has three levels of control; Volume, Sound Balance & Directional Hearing. After downloading and installation, only the first two controls were available. Why is this? Why offer it in the Play Store but missing out after installation?

Controls volume and tone. No 6 program choice as advertised. Very difficult to pair. Takes hours. Cannot tell which aid is left and which is right because there is no battery test. Cannot tell serial numbers either. Even really cheap aids that I have tried have that. This app is junk!
