edit: tech support was quick to respond and the issue is gone. Great little app! New update doesn't work. When I try to print, it says I need to download the new firmware but says download failed and now I can't use my printer at all. I have just sent an email to tech support and will update to 5 stars if this is fixed.

Unable to connect to printer from my phone. Anyone help? Have tried switching off and on again, deleting and re adding app. Still not able to find printer. Phone number i USA and I am 8 hours in front. Having problems with my phone finding the printer. Can anyone help. Have switched on and off again, left overnight, reloaded app etc. phone number is USA and i am UK. Help!! Anyone?

Awesome in so many ways but I don't appreciate the app censoring what I was going to print because it somehow detected (cartoon meme) nudity (hank hill from koth from the "you have no a$$" scene) in it. It wouldn't print as anything but a solid black block until i put something over the crack area... let me scrapbook in peace!!
