This is the 3rd time I've lost all of my labels and had to redo them all again. no I didn't sign out. yes I restarted my phone. this is ridiculous at this point. please stop updating without testing. I had over 90 unique labels and they are all gone! oh, and now the templates aren't showing up either. nothing in this app is working on either of my phones. and it won't let me save new prints either. nor connect either printer to even print.

This app is glitchy and I can't always get my previous templates to load. It will often take a long time to connect (to the saved fonts/icons/templates on the server not to the printer) and it's really frustrating to not be able to use your printer like you want to 100% of the time. I shouldn't even have to connect for most of this stuff; saved templates should be downloaded on your phone so you can use your printer without an internet connection 🙄. kind of regretting this purchase.

There has never been a search bar for icons (little pictures) which was annoying, but not so bad because there weren't tons of them. NOW they still do not have a search bar but want you to pay for many of the icons. There are too many to sift through now. It's a waste of my time and I will have to switch to a new label maker and company. It is too bad because I have used Phomemo for three years and it was decent until they tried making us pay for their mid program we already purchased.
