the app is easy and simple to use. I've only had the app since November 2025 and with multiple flights I've booked through the app I've had zero issues..... As a side note if you need afterpay as an option and need a flight within 48hrs unfortunately you can't use afterpay within that time frame .and there is a 2.3% or 2.5% charge if you proceed with afterpay . besides that everything is great

the worst app and the worst customer experience. trying to book a flight, but after every screen I am routed to a 'let's try that again' message, forcing me to tick a box to confirm i am not a robot. Customer Care don't give a crop, it works on their machines, even when I provide screenshot, they're not interested in solving or even looking into the problem. Guess I fly AirNz then.
