Impossible to order specialty or seasonal doughnuts. Always says Out of Stock. Now can't even add the order to cart. Just spins. Like someone else said, when you order ahead for pick up, they just wait until you get there to fill the order. No. The point was for me to grab the order and leave. I ordered ahead specifically so it would be ready when I arrived. Krispy Kreme hasn't responded to any reviews in years. Guess they don't care, which is evident with the poor app UX.

Be very careful when using this app. Once you make an order you cannot cancel. There was a discount that I wanted to apply to my order. It didn't apply the order went through. I tried to cancel and use the discount and I was unable to. When I got to the store to pick up and resolve the issue they refused to cancel the order out and let me reorder with the discount.

Can't login, says credentials are wrong. They are definitely correct. Tried to make new accounts, thinking maybe it got deleted. Can't do that because the phone number is already in use. Go to support, there is no option for "our business is moronic and locks accounts to phone numbers" (you have to drill down through categories and it's asinine). I guess you're not getting my business, then.
