Given the features provided by this app, it deserves no more than 2 stars. 1. To open an account visit the branch, why? 2. for KYC visit the branch why ? 3. Can't pay government payment using a credit card, why? 4. Card payment through SADAD reflects in 3-4 days why not immediate? compared to other banks apps it has very basic functionality. Navigation could improve.

Still need major improvement 1- Mada, Samsung and Google pay always having issues with cards activation 2- Account balance and transactions for account and credit is not clear, you can't see balance before and after transactions which prevents you track your account 3- Biometric account access many other features similar to other banks apps still missing ( the app is still not mature)

worst application for ksa public as other banking applications we can have all services on our mobile phone no need to call everytime to the call center provide card details everytime wait for the queue then again the agent says i can't help you visit the branch even after reporting complaints i dont think the developer team is even trying to fix the app i have been using this app since day 1, comparing to other banking applications this app and website for online banking is worst
