9 times out of 10 I can guarantee some kind of issue with this app. I fly FREQUENTLY with them so it would be nice to have reliability with this app. My current flight wasn't showing up in the app called the priority line and got absolutely nowhere. Absolutely ridiculous with the amount of money I spend with this airline . I have to use them cause they're the closest airport to my house.

The app made me do an update and now I cannot access anything. No boarding pass, no flight info, nothing. I am also going to be charged to print my boarding pass because of this useless update. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app to attempt to rectify the issue. The app logged me out and made me change my password. However, when attempting to change it the update button wouldn't work would not accept my information. When hitting update again, it says I have already used that password.

the app hasn't worked correctly for at least a week, which is frustrating since im trying to manage my son's trip to and from college. The manage my trips button... does nothing. and if I click my account, it sits on a loading screen and doesn't work. I shut my phone off and back on, still has the problem, I tried to uninstall the app and re install, still had the problem, on wifi and off wifi, still has the problem. I get the airline is a "cheaper airline", which is also a joke, but come on.
