Update severely impacted usage. The wheels on my early gen Narwal Freo have been skipping for some time. No one seems to be able to explain why. Anyway, before the update, the robot would attempt to enter the garage, fail, then backup about 1/2 a meter and then enter the garage at speed. With the latest update it tries to enter the garage, fails, then backs up a small amount and tries to enter. It will do this three times before declaring fault. Support had been far less than helpful.

I've had some connection issues. What I've found is that it doesn't work well at all with 5GHz Wi-Fi. Make sure the phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Also, enabling Bluetooth and Location permissions, resetting the robot's network settings, force-closing the app, restarting the router, or reinstalling the Narwal app can also fix pairing failures, helping everything run smoothly and preventing app issues.

Don't be fooled by the app or the tech. The Fero X Ultra is a waste of money. My unit’s mopping feature stopped working after just one day. The company intentionally delayed my installation until my return period was over, and now customer support is giving me the runaround with "24-48 hour" wait times. They clearly don't care about their customers once they have your money. Avoid this brand and their apps entirely.
