I began using Musely less than two weeks ago. I was prescribed different percentages of the body cream for a whole year as part of my treatment. I was genuinely excited for the products due to the ingredients. That is, until I downloaded the app. I began having login issues immediately. I've missed three check-ins in less than two weeks due to being unable to connect despite having perfect connection. What doctor makes you check-in daily? They know most people can't anyways. Unacceptable.

Has some weird quirks to it, but helpful tracking progress and a MUST if you want to take advantage of refund after 60 days when a product doesnt give you the results you want. Also an easy way to earn some (small) amounts of money to put toward other treatments you want to try. Always running promotional discounts too(atleast twice a month).

Doesn't work on Android (Galaxy S9). When trying to get started with Day 1, the button to upload a pic is grayed out (and thats whats needed for the guarantee). Submitted a ticket however there's nowhere in the app to see the tickets you've submitted which is absurd. When filling out the ticket request, the font displays as strikethrough and only goes back to normal when you've pressed the space bar and moved onto the next word. While the app LOOKS pretty, it's a horrible user experience.
