This app doesn't deserve rating at all. Very Poor Customer service. They don't respond to customers and never solve customer's problems. When I'm done getting a new phone, Ill make sure I bring all their social media platforms down. because I don't see reasons the social media platforms exists and they are all operated by inefficient Al. Also don't see reasons why 'll buy a phone andy phone will lock because I relocated and they can't even fix it at their Carlcare apps or centers

This app doesn't deserve rating at all. Very Poor Customer service. They don't respond to customers and never solve customer's problems. When I'm done getting a new phone, I'll make sure I bring all their social media platforms down. because I don't see reasons the social media platforms exists and they are all operated by inefficient AI. Also don't see reasons why I'll buy a phone andy phone will lock because I relocated and they can't even fix it at their Carlcare apps or centers

very very bad service,I have given my infinix mobile for display change 56 days ago in Asansol branch,but still they didn't repair my phone, please don't go there.
