There isn't enough space to explain all the issues. The app does not support the browser saving password. The process for activating the card is ridiculously complicated. You cant login to the website if you have the spp installed because it opens the app instead. But you have to activate on the website. What's worse is that customer service kept me on hold for 30 minutes before an automated voice told me to call back at another time.

crazy how I have to pay a fee with this card and not the direct express. seems like I'm being punished for having a payee. This app needs push notifications for cardholders. are disabled people allowed to have push notifications? it's ridiculous the time it takes for my money to hit my card. it's a outrageous timeframe.

for some reason when you open the app and put in your information, you have to make the screen on your phone smaller so that you can hit me okay button!!!! 👍 👌
