App keeps crashing lately. Checked for updates regularly but still not functioning properly. Try to open app but keeps shutting down immediately. Tried uninstalling and installing but not helpful. Called customer service but very inconvenient. Never had an issue with this device before. I have no issue with the app over the years until recently. The login process in PC has also become very inconvenient.

Instead of improving, this app is getting worse and worse. Initially they forced me to disable two apps that I use for my daily business (automate and type machine), now they added Bitdefender and Hibernate as well - which are dedicated SECURITY APPS. Get your act together instead of exposing my phone to additional risks through your policies. I'm thinking of taking my business elsewhere, seriously fed up with their intrusions into MY PROPERTY.

In response to recent malware attacks targeting Android device users, we have suspended the use of app when accessibility permission has been enabled to third-party apps to protect users’ account security. Please turn off accessibility settings on the listed untrusted application. - KB

very bad experience on logon mobile app or website. whenever I using password or biometric, it's will return back to logon page, can't even logon on to main page itself. very difficult to check the balance outstanding to be pay or to download the statement.
