Be very careful, they say it's easy any1 can do this, n offer a 7-day free trial, if you can cancel be4 the 7th day u pay nothing, all LIES! I discovered on the 2nd day it is not elderly disabled friendly. I sent an email to the only email it gives for contact us, n requested they cancel my free trail as I was unable to do any of the exercises, since they didn't reply I sent another one, but on the 7th day, they charged my account $54. 86! paying for something I can't use, no reply for refund!

I enjoy the exercises a lot. However, I don't appreciate that the VAST majority of the content is locked behind a paywall, including all but the first 3 days of the opening 28 day challenge. I like to try an app for longer than that before I pay, as I've been burned too many times by the pressure tactics to pay too fast.

Wow... I was using this app as a stretching cool-down and was very disappointed when it required me to subscribe on Day 4(!) in order to keep using it. Really? There's so many sources for Tae Chi that are free, I'm not about to pay that much for a cool down. It was helping and was enjoyable enough, but any pictorial, YouTube channel, or free app can give me the same benefit.
