Well, 4 months since i am using Vodafone Oman, and just realized that your apps didn't work so well, i have an available balance in my account therefore id like to add another data but then it didn't connect and show any confirmation if I did the reload until i got to sleep and when i woke up, what on earth registration were already done 4 consecutive times, after this i am going to change my network, maybe more worst happen ahead of time. and also your signal and connection quite slow.

worst experience with a Telecom operator. the application won't open whether I use my mobile number or email id. I don't received the otp on my mobile number and when I try to open the verification link via email it gives this message. (You are trying to access your account from a web browser Open the magic link from your mobile phone with My Vodafone App installed) But to open the app I need this link to verify my identity so it's an endless loop. Will switch to ooredoo now.

why not inform me prior to expiring time ? I never understand what was expired but I have to add 5 rials to get my camera works ... but still not sure what was wrong when my camera become suddenly offline... then I had to open the Vodafone application to find out that something has expired whether it's the data or something else I could not figure it out ... so please tell what was expired and how it's expired since my plan is still active till February!
