The app is easy to use and I recommend it for managing services. However, I had an issue with my postpaid plan. I cancelled it through the app before vacation, and it showed as cancelled, but the billing continued. I later learned that you still need to visit a Mobily branch to complete the cancellation. I hope the cancellation process can be improved to make it clearer and more convenient for customers.

The rudest customer support ever. I tried calling them and chose language as English 4 times and reached Arabic agent every time. I tried Urdu. Reached Arabic agent again. And he was very very very rude. He spoke to me in a threatening tone to speak Arabic. I am an expat and still learning Arabic. Am not fluent and can't have a full conversation yet. That's y I chose English. But Mobily don't have English agents. App also is very archaic.

i recharged my data and it didn't add app on my recharged amount, only wasting money for recharging. i can't purchase the bundle i want because the amount is not enough, even i recharged many times.
