App not accepting payments----keep getting an error message when submitting my payment through the app. Contacted customer service and received a help guide for how to make a payment---which was completely unhelpful since that did not address the issue at all. I've had this card for 2 years and have never had an issue making a payment on the app, I don't even know if they have a website for me to make a payment!

This card used to be my favorite for what it offered. It’s still easy to use, but since being acquired by Robinhood, many of the features that made X1 unique were removed. Points are worth significantly less (under one cent), which hurt the value. That said, the support team is amazing, and I was given access to the Robinhood Gold Card and appreciate the support. It’s a shame X1 was phased out, but I’m looking forward to what the Gold Card offers.

X1 closed my account since I didn't carry a balance with them and hadn't recently used my account. There was no warning or recommendations to use card to keep service going. This is also one of my lowest credit limit cards and interest rate is too high. I also tried to reach out to customer service to keep account open and they refused. Do not use X1, there are many other better credit card companies available with no interest periods, higher credit limits, and better cash back programs.
