They've taken away the activity shortcuts from the app, so you can no longer long press and unlock the car directly. You have to launch the app, which takes too long. then choose the activity you want. It seems minor but I had saved those app activities as separate icons on a launcher page, so I could lock/start/unlock my car with a single tap. No more.

Useless. Worked great the first 3 months. Now its just an endless circle of sending a verification code to my email that when put into the app rejects it everytime. They hyped up a useless feature. Id honestly return the car if it were an option. The remote start through the app was a huge reason I bought the Enclave in the first place. I work in a bad area, hospital parking lot is massive and Id prefer not to walk with my keys in hand. Back to getting in a freezing car at 3am 😒

This app used to be great, but since the update, I can barely use it. While I don't love the change to entering your full password every time you sign in, I can deal. It is the fact that I can no longer start my car with it. Just tells me it fails and then locks me out of my car. The locking mechanism just stops reading for about 3 to 4 hours. Can't even use my door locks, nothing reads. I have to uninstall the app to get in. Paying to not be able to use.
