Stupid app I have tried multiple ways to "redeem" my rewards but no matter what option I choose it doesn't add to checkout. The app claims that you get a free a la carte favorite , original or plain slim for registering but no matter what I put it's not free. Why have a rewards app if the rewards don't work. I also got a new reward for a free side but it's the same thing I'm getting charged and I know I'm not doing it wrong I've been looking this over it feels like I'm working on a puzzle.

I can't say that this is specifically an app problem, though it is an issue that only occurs when I use the app... Jimmy John's is supposed to be "Freaky Fast", correct? When I order in store or at the drive through, that's how it goes. When I order through the app, I wait 20 minutes or more every time. What's the point? For hame, Jimmy John's corporate.

I just started using this app and so far, it’s working out pretty well. Ordering my food was very convenient and they had it done so quickly. I went right there after I ordered it and it was already done. I love that it has rewards. Some restaurant apps don’t. The full menu is there and there is a wide variety of items to choose from. I ordered the Ceasar Wrap which was amazing. I also ordered the bow-tie pesto pasta and the potato salad which I always like. I also got a pickle and chips.
