it's horrible that they force you to use this app to set up your router. it wont even let you see the ssid without downloading it and you end up having to delete other apps you need just to have internet. there needs to be an option to set up without all that data added to phone memory. what if someone has no phone and no internet access to download the stupid app. hence why they are getting internet service for their computers.🤦make the app less data consuming so it fits on phones at least.

This app is not a true substitute for home network administration and management. Port forwarding is a nightmare and you can't block specific sites at all. This wouldn't be such a big deal if they didn't prevent you from using the HTML admin page for your router. I hate this app.

I've been much happier with TDS than Spectrum. Less outages & better customer service whenever I've had questions. Installation techs were also very helpful in the beginning.
