I'm not one to complain. but this app is worth complaining about. All of the one-star reviews are right. I got logged in, and I tried to read their "terms and conditions" "error page can't be found" Then I tried reading their privacy policy, and the same thing happened. I logged out and tried to log in again, and now I can't log back in.... and on top of it my Norton security keeps coming up as error when this app is scanned. the combination makes me wonder

It is very annoying signing into this app. It won't allow you to auto fill your saved credentials. It just spins and then reloads login screen. It doesn't start signed in even if you check that box. There's no option of biometric sign in, so you have to manually type your credentials in every time. And every time I sign in, I get an email saying I've signed in from a new device even though it's always the same device. It's a very frustrating experience!

So slow the backspace key requires a wait for each character. Settings are so rudimentary it's like they don't want you to use their equipment. Can't remove a "pod" because there's no way to do so. Can't turn off the radio on the router in the furnace room. So it's just making radio noise (wired mesh pods provide coverage). App doesn't refresh anything forever (see typing issue above), doesn't save PW. FAQ section doesn't have search. Purge app & reinstall didn't help. Ugh. Shopping time.
