For whatever reason, i dont know what sort of thought process comes when developing the software and this app where you cant deal with the modem locally, half of the UI is hidden to force you use the app, then the app needs you to create an account, making you jump through hoops and wasting your time instead of log in to the modem directly, aceess the wanted window and deal with the configuration or devices, simple.... but no.

Useless app It doesn't allow me to access any of the network settings I need to access. And my network won't allow me to do anything through the direct IP for the router. Truly garbage. Ruined the entire customer experience. May have to switch ISP.

this is a basic application that does not allow individuals with I.T. experience to adjust or make changes to a device that is currently being used. As an individual with I.T. background, this is unacceptable.
