I've suddenly been losing my calls with customers yet seeing I'm still connected. On some calls the connection fades and returns with no consistency. I'm sitting at my desk, router next to me, tried swapping Bluetooth earpieces - doesn't matter. Came to play store to see if there was an update, nope. Something has happened recently, need a fix release pls! thx. otherwise, it's been great.

Disappointing app. Loses login credentials on every Android update, so about once a month. Phone logs don't show length of calls. When you open the app you are shown a list of messages, which in my cases is always empty because I don't use this for messages. But this behavior cannot be set differently. They should really look at some basic phone apps and update this one.

The app’s lack of flexibility is frustrating. I need a toggle to forward office calls to my phone only when I’m away. Currently, every call rings both lines simultaneously, draining my battery and causing me to miss vital business. A representative suggested logging out and in daily as a "fix," but that is incredibly inconvenient. I’m unfortunately locked into a two-year contract, but after switching to Verizon for their reputation, I’m deeply disappointed with the service.
